The Call Out of False Church of God Part 3

The call out of False Church of God cannot be done without properly identifying it.  There are specific characteristics that must be made evident in order to understand the seriousness of forsaking this Babylonian institution.  In this final operation, God is endeavoring to manifest himself in a great way once again through his church. Ultimately, the true people of God must understand where the battle of our day lies and catch a vision of how to engage in this great conflict.  The time has come (and will continue to come in a more manifest manner) for God to separate the wheat from the chaff, gather his wheat into the garner, and burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire. May God help the Church of God at this pivotal hour.

First, there is lack of emphasis on doctrine and a greater one placed on “love” and an earthly-generated unity.  Wherever there is an unwillingness to preach or an uncomfortableness with preaching the fundamental doctrines of the bible, there is the earmark of Babylon.  In the fellowships that have compromised on the doctrine of marriage there is a general unwillingness to preach on the institution. Consequently, by leaving room for exceptions to remarry and taking a compromising position, there is less emphasis on the seriousness of the vow in the first place.  It is utterly shameful that congregations falsely claiming to be God’s church have right in their midst couples who are in second marriages unlawfully, with the saved first companion sitting in the midst. Furthermore, it is condoned and accepted by the ministry while additionally claiming some type of lineage to D.S. Warner and the sixth seal brethren who never wavered on the position.  This is just one example, but there are countless other notable mentions that may be given later. Ultimately, these groups do not want to deal with these matters. Rather, they want to ignore their rank compromise and come together in the name of “laying aside difference.” May we truly lay aside differences and come together on what thus saith the Lord.

Second, there is an inability to produce the necessary inspiration to take genuine stands for the truths of the Bible.  A sister once stood up in a congregation and claimed that she was trusting God for her body. After she was done proclaiming her stand, the pastor stood and said that such was fine for her, but if he should resort to medical intervention then do not judge him.  Well, sadly the word of God will judge him. There is no inspiration and there is certainly no Holy Ghost in such a statement. That is not the attitude that will produce the Church of God. Rather, it is false Church of God. Truly, it is an imitation of the real and nothing more than a counterfeit - much like the counterfeit consecration of Ananias and Sapphira.  When the leadership cannot impart inspiration, the people will not be inspired. Inarguably, many calling themselves the people of God are resorting to the weak arm of flesh because their faith has not been inspired to trust God in every facet of their life. It is absolute torture to expect a people to trust God and not impart the inspiration to produce the faith that is necessary to fully trust in God.  If the atmosphere does not produce a genuine inspiration by the anointing of the Holy Ghost, then it is time to flee the Babylonian ranks and take a stand with the true people of God.

Third, False Church of God will always compromise for the flesh somewhere.  Instead of preaching divine healing, they will cite the many times people have supposedly been too harsh with the doctrine or have manifested a wrong spirit.  Interpretation: you can trust God or not trust God; we won’t say anything. Instead of preaching one man and woman for life, they will cite that what is done in sin is under the blood, and now they are free to marry.  Interpretation: we do not believe God has grace to be single, and we cannot see how a loving God would require such a commitment. Instead of preaching the sanctity of marriage and that it was an institution ordained of God, instead of preaching that a vow before God is just that - a vow before God to be honored unto death, instead of preaching against worldly entertainment in specifics, worldly dress in specifics, worldly activities in specifics, they will preach a general gospel with no clear delineation between the profane and holy.  False Church of God will preach to just be “careful,” and how we need to use “wisdom” in what we allow and don’t allow. Interpretation: we cannot call some things out specifically because we might offend a parishioner. Or even worse, a fellow minister who condones worldliness and compromise in his congregation is sitting in the audience. Ultimately, the compromise is made for the flesh, and compromise will always beget apostasy - hence the reason the call is to come out - because there is no recovery for the whole when apostasy takes hold.

Producing a Church of God atmosphere takes total consecration, which many are unwilling to do.  Many have contented themselves with the fact they are “living free from sin,” yet have no real zeal, no real fire for God or the things of God, and have succumb to dry, dead formalism.  In order to set the atmosphere, saints must be totally sold out. Revelation talks about the saints on the day of Pentecost sending up sweet incense before the throne. In Acts 2, the fire of the Holy Ghost only fell when those gathered in the upper room completely died out to the flesh.  The morning time produced an atmosphere where faith could be inspired, and as a result, mighty manifestations of conversion, healing, and casting out devils. The danger of false Church of God is contentment. False Church of God is content with the status quo and is not earnestly contending for the faith once delivered unto the saints.  Ministers will make comments like they have more glory now than ever, or that you cannot say anything deemed “critical” because the Church is “beautiful” and “you don’t talk about the church.” In essence, their cry is to swallow what we shove at you, and you cannot say anything about it. Well, praise God you do not have to say anything about it.  Just wave to the ruins of Babel an everlasting goodbye and shout with those who are contending earnestly for the glory of the morning time. Praise God, I see that the day is coming where God’s church will shine brighter than she ever has before, and the glory of the latter will surely be greater than the former.

The glory of the latter being greater than the former is not to characterize a sort of golden age where the church is beyond the reach of intense battles and persecution.  Absolutely not! The glory comes through going through fire. Whoever will be a part of the end-time remnant will have to go through the hardest trials of their lives. It only makes sense that this time will be the hottest of all the battles because the Gog and Magog powers have surrounded the camp of the saints.  The world, false religion (Babylon), and False Church of God (Babylon) have joined hand in hand with full agreement to fight the Church of God. However, the trumpet must sound regardless, and may the seventh angel blow the trumpet long, loud, and clear. May God help the ministry and the saints of God to be prepared for the final operation of God.  When this world comes to a close, there will be, as there always has been, only two camps, and it will be evident who is in which camp.

Leaving False Church of God is required to make heaven.  For God not to require his people to flee Babylon today would require an apology to the Sixth Seal brethren.  They called out good saints, “my people,” from denominationalism. Sadly, the “fellowships” today that go under the name Church of God are nothing more than the sectarian denominations of the Sixth Seal.  For those who refused to stand with the one church, they spiritually died and came to nought. So will be the fate for those who refuse to earnestly contend for the faith in this final period of time. Whenever God is faithful enough to give light, a refusal to walk in light results in sin (I John 1:6-7).

There will be a remnant who will walk in the fulness of the light of the Word.  When the Jews began to return back to Israel after being in Babylonian captivity, they began to rebuild the temple.  However, after the foundation was laid, the work ceased. They had accomplished a mighty work for God, and the glory of God was among them once again.  Yet Ezra 4:24 tells us that after the foundation was laid, the work ceased. Furthermore, after sixteen years the foundation lay there with a heap of rubbish over it, lying in waste, according to Haggai.  But glory be to God - God began to stir up the heart of Haggai and Zechariah and began to preach that the time had come to finish the work. I believe the Sixth Seal took a wonderful stand out of Babylon and came home to Zion leaping and shouting.  However, I believe there is yet work to be done in this time. The time has come to finish the work. God has preserved a remnant through the generations prior. They have stared into the jaws of apostasy, have wrestled against compromise, and have faithfully held to the doctrine and standards of God’s Word.  They have paved the way for this final message, this final operation, this final conflict to call all of God’s people back to Mt. Zion, to completely burn and destroy Babylon, and for Christ to come and receive his bride.
